Refund / Cancellations

2. Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us to discuss your concerns. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of The Smile Surgeon. In Such cases where refunds are processed, the refund will be initiated on the same day without delay.
3. Prepaid Services
If you have prepaid for a service or package that you do not wish to avail from us, and need to cancel, refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of purchase.
